2) Silver – online weekly program updated and sent to you monthly. One 20-minute session/month at our facility to video and correct your technique.
3) Bronze – online weekly program, updated and sent to you monthly.
3) Group sessions – a more personalized approach. Training sessions in groups of 4-6 people. Energetic, fun, motivating.
4) One-on-One sessions at our facility – fully personalized programs.
